Be sure to follow the measurement guide for your specific device first
App is not receiving any measurements from the device
Make sure that your device is paired to the app
- Check that your device is listed in the Manage Devices page
- If you do not see your device, go through the pairing guide to establish a connection
Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
- Make sure the Bluetooth is ‘Enabled’ or ‘On’
