Device Pairing Troubleshooting
Device will not pair with the mobile app
Follow the specific section in the RMM Device Pairing and Measurement Guide for your device
If you do not see your device listed in this guide, it may not be supported by the mobile app
Check your phone’s Bluetooth settings
- Go to your phone’s Bluetooth Settings page
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on the device
- If the device you are having trouble pairing is listed as a paired device, select the device and ‘Forget’ it
